Our agency is located at 33 E. Northampton Street in Wilkes-Barre and can be contacted by calling (570) 824-5766.  The agency provides office hours Monday through Friday, with evening hours until 8 PM on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

Emergency services for runaways, homeless youth, and their families are available by calling
(570) 824-5766 24 hours a day or contacting Help Line at (570) 829-1341.
